InterQuest are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a European lending platform. They are looking to build out their collections team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect company arrears through phone, email, and letters
  • Maintain professional service standards, achieving revenue targets and call quality objectives
  • Handle calls promptly, updating records accordingly
  • Negotiate settlements in line with company policy
  • Set up and manage Long Term Payment Arrangements (LTPA)
  • Conduct regular comprehensive reviews for LTPA adherence
  • Proactively manage non-adhered LTPAs towards litigation
  • Perform any other reasonable requests from the line manager



Core Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in collections with knowledge of arrears to bad debt recovery
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • Empathetic, assertive, and resilient
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Computer literacy with attention to detail
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Responsible for resolving disputes and ensuring caller concerns are addressed
