THE COMPANY

This role is with a growing and data-driven business who have a growing collections function. They work with a range of clients to offer credit and collection solutions. This role offers the rare opportunity to join a lean and driven team to help drive further innovation whilst you gain a great opportunity to progress within the business.

THE ROLE

• Developing and building out their collections strategy and wider function
• Close data analysis of various client portfolios in order to identity data trends and patterns
• Assessing existing collections policies and customer strategies to enhance performance
• Building out MI and wider reporting frameworks to monitor collections strategies
• Presenting data to external and internal stakeholders to 'tell a story' with numbers

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Prior work within data analysis, ideally within financial services
• Strong SQL and Excel are essential
• Ideal to have had experience in the debt collection or wider recoveries space

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Up to £40,000 base salary
