COLLECTIONS INSIGHT ANALYST - 12 MONTH FTC

Really exciting opportunity here with a very data-driven business looking to enhance performance across their collections book.

THE COMPANY

This role is with a growing and data-driven bank in the UK. They offer a range of products and are well known on the market for their development and progression opportunities. This role offers the chance to join their collections team to help drive further innovation whilst you gain a great opportunity to progress within the business.

THE ROLE

  • Developing and building out their collections strategy and wider function
  • Close data analysis of customer arrears in order to identity data trends and patterns
  • Assessing existing collections policies and customer strategies to enhance performance
  • Building out MI and wider reporting frameworks to monitor collections strategies
  • Presenting data to external and internal stakeholders to 'tell a story' with numbers

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Prior work within data analysis, ideally within financial services
  • Strong SQL and Excel are essential
  • Ideal to have had experience in the debt collection or wider recoveries space

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Up to £35,000 base salary
