  • Hours: Monday to Thursday, 1.30pm to midnight (40 hours)

Are you an experienced CNC programmer on horizontal and vertical precision engineering milling machines? My client, the leading global provider of high-quality vacuum equipment, has a new opening due to expansion for a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator.

Working on a fixed shift pattern, the successful candidate will work on applications and manufacture bespoke systems for exciting technological projects.

The role includes:

  • Setting workpieces, running direct and remote programs from engineering drawings, on both horizontal and vertical HAAS milling machines.
  • Programming bespoke designs using CAM software and identifying any programming errors

Previous experience using multi-axis machines and having the capability of using various machine controls and conversational machine programmes, is a must.

If you have experience in manufacturing within the Vacuum Science Industry, an HNC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering and an aptitude for team leading, please apply.
