A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a CNC Night Supervisor, on behalf of our client based in South Woodham Ferrers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for machine operatives
  • Training new members of staff
  • Ensuring maintenance of machinery is completed
  • Programming and operating all CNC machines as required
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with the production plan
  • Overseeing a small team

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum programming and setting experience
  • Experience using Enroute and Carvco ideal
  • Good leadership qualities
  • Good communication and organisation skills

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday
  • 5pm - 4am
  • 42hr week
