Temp 2 Perm

We are looking for several reliable and experienced CNC machine operators who can commit to a full time, temp 2 perm role at a busy site in the Whetstone area of Leicestershire.

This is a unique role where you operate special machinery used to produce products for the defence sector.

You will be loading the machinery, following instructions, working with tight tolerances, quality checking, handling checking and working with production targets.

It's a rotating shift working Morning & Afternoons with occasional overtime on a weekend.

It's a small, close-knit team, it's not loud but a nice, relaxed place to work.

To be considered - you NEED to have.

  • Experience working with CNC machinery.
  • Flexibility to work the rotating shift without issue.
  • A great eye for detail.
  • Someone who is relaxed, calm and easy to get along with.
  • A person who loves overtime.
  • Someone who takes their work seriously.
