Responsibilities:

Clinical Service Oversight:

Collaborate closely with the senior management team to ensure all clinical elements of contracted services are met. Take responsibility for ensuring that our clinical team, both in-house and contracted clinicians, deliver services of the highest quality at all times. Implement and uphold strict governance frameworks to maintain clinical standards and compliance.

Team Management and Support:

Provide clinical support and management to the clinical team, including direct reports. Ensure that team members receive appropriate support, guidance, clinical development, and training to excel in their roles.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and relevant management teams to promote the interests of our patients, clients, and business. Represent at client meetings with a professional, fact-based approach, fostering positive and productive relationships.

Site Visits and Clinical Supervision:

Oversee site visits to conduct clinical supervision with personnel to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and best practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to clinicians to enhance their clinical skills and competencies.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure the day-to-day clinical operations are executed to the highest possible standard and are effective. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree Qualified HCPC Paramedic or NMC Nurse

Member of the College of Paramedics (CoP) and Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

Evidence of relevant continuing professional development

A formal Management or Leadership qualification

Minimum 5 years post qualification as a paramedic or nurse

Current licence or registration as a healthcare professional with relevant clinical experience.

Proven experience in clinical service delivery management, with a track record of leadership and team management.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.

Knowledge of clinical governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Good I.T. skills

Ability to speak fluent English

Ability to speak languages other than English

Full driving license and own transport
