We are currently supporting a public sector client who are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support their Supply Resilience Team in Central London. You'll be responsible for providing specialist pharmaceutical expertise to the Supply Resilience Directorate, working with the team and key stakeholders to develop supply resilience plans for critical products.

37 hours a week

Salary: £57,114 per annum

Central London

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of criticality assessments for medicines and medical products. This includes overseeing the review of our criteria used to identify vulnerable products.
  • Provide pharmaceutical expertise to the project, including leading on the development of impact assessments for identified critical and vulnerable products, and making recommendations on clinical alternatives.
  • Be responsible for providing specialist pharmaceutical expertise to the Supply Resilience Directorate, working with the team and key stakeholders to develop supply resilience plans for critical products.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited British School of Pharmacy, or recognised equivalent.
  • Registered Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Ability to analyse complex and/or incomplete data, assess risks and impacts, and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • In-depth clinical knowledge and a robust understanding of the principles of evidence-based healthcare.
