A superb opportunity for an experienced deputy manager or clinical lead nurse with at least 2 years supervisory experience to join this very successful, beautiful newly built medium sized, luxury, nursing, residential and dementia care home part of an award winning and successful, growing care provider , has arisen .

Working supernumerary hours you will report to the care manager and registered manager and deputise in their absence and lead a team of nurses and carers in ensuring quality care is given to all residents .

Liaising with families , GPs and other health care Professionals you will ensure you demonstrate kindness and professionalism and have a good knowledge of care standards, audits, medication, Dols etc.

You will be able to lead a team of nurses and carers and motivate them to ensure the highest level of care is given.

You will have sound understanding of clinical procedures and you will be an excellent communicator and have the motivation to drive high standards this provider is known for

You will be/ have
a background in care management ideally gained within an elderly care home and you must be a nurse with a current PIN.
