Are you an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager within the Healthcare Sector looking for a new challenge?

Working with one of the UK's leading Health and Social care providers we are delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Clinical Deputy Manager. The role involves assisting the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment.

You must co-ordinate and lead the nursing team to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support in way which promotes dignity; privacy; safety and independence and which promotes equality & diversity for everyone living and working in the Service.

The successful candidate will -
Have a relevant healthcare qualification, along with a valid NMC PIN. Deputy management experience within a health/social care setting is also required.
