Clinical Deputy Manager
£48,000 (negotiable)
Monday-Friday Office Hours
Bournemouth
We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager to join our Neuro Care Centre in Bournemouth. Our centre provides care for adults with complex physical and functional needs, with a specific focus on brain injury.
As a Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager, you will have a good clinical background and be comfortable providing hands-on nursing care while also overseeing the management of the centre. The role will primarily be Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend duties. On-call duties will likely be on alternate weekends and during registered managers' annual leave or any sickness/absence but this is open to negotiation.
Ideally, candidates should have experience in a complex nursing environment, particularly with brain injury patients. However, this experience is not essential, and we welcome applications from individuals who are motivated to learn and develop their skills in this area.
The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking team with a focus on rehabilitation and helping patients achieve their maximum level of recovery and quality of life. Our service is complex, including tracheostomy and long-term ventilation care on occasion, so hands-on clinical experience is crucial.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of around £48,000. Additionally, we are a 30-year-old independent family-run organization that values and takes care of our staff. We provide opportunities for professional development and invest in our employees to ensure they have a fulfilling and rewarding career.
If you are a caring and motivated individual with a passion for providing high-quality care to adults with complex needs, we would love to hear from you. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. Apply today!
