The Role:
As a Client Services Executive, you will be instrumental in promoting and enhancing engagement across all events and regions, primarily targeting pension funds to boost seminar attendance. This role is dynamic and varied, involving extensive interaction with clients through phone calls and emails to ensure they are informed about our diverse event portfolio and the advantages of participation. Your responsibilities will also include expanding our client database, researching new leads, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and occasionally attending seminars to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
