Reed are currently working with a forward thinking established global law firm in the recruitment of a Client Services Executive. You will be tasked as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, both in person and over the telephone. Your primary responsibility is to create a positive and professional first impression, demonstrating exceptional customer care and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

About the role:

  • Meeting and greeting clients is a welcoming and professional manner, providing the best hospitality possible.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service when answering telephone queries and welcoming clients and visitors.
  • Manage the bookings of rooms for meetings and liaising with hosts and clients alike.
  • Setting up conference room equipment as required, to include laptops, screens, projectors.
  • Booking client transportation. 
  • Carrying out ad-hoc administrative duties.

About you:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other IT software.
  • Experience and comfortability in a professional, corporate environment.
  • Exceptionally organised, capable of planning and prioritizing work, paying meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adaptable interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with diverse styles and personalities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to provide support outside regular hours if needed.
  • Handles complaints or queries calmly and professionally, escalating as required

This is a full time position based between the usual hours of 8:30am - 17:00pm.

Salary: £24,000 per annum.
