Major Players are working alongside a renowned creative agency to recruit a Client Services Director into their London based offices to lead the Client Services team across experiential and content.

Are you ready to join an award-winning, industry-leading agency? We're seeking a Client Services Director to be the linchpin of our client's interactions and drive business growth.

As the Client Services Director, you'll report directly to the Managing Director and serve as the primary interface between our agency and our clients. Your role will be pivotal in selling new ideas and solutions, nurturing client relationships, and enhancing the agency's offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong relationships with senior clients through in-person meetings, shared insights, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the Account and Project management teams to develop creative solutions for prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within our client portfolio and tailor our services to meet their evolving needs.
  • Develop strategies and proposals independently, with a focus on driving growth.
  • Directly manage a team of Account Directors and Managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Motivate and inspire the account team through regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in professional client relationship management.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving growth.
  • Experience working with in Experiential Activations and Content Creation.
  • Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong budget management skills.
  • Familiarity with creative processes and digital platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Flexibility to attend evening events and travel as needed.
