We are seeking career driven individualsto join our Stockport based client working within their Client Services Team to embark on an exciting and rewarding career. You will be part of a team thats commited to putting both their customers and employees at the forefront of all that they do.

To be successful in this role you will be able to clearly demonstrate an excellent eye for detail and be able to work effectively as part of a team with excellent organistional skills.

As a Client Services Administrator you will be dealing with submissions to land registry.  Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every transaction runs smoothly and leaves a positive impression to all external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with processing client applications through to completion
  • Corresponding with clients and customers by phone and email
  • Administrative duties including archiving, data entry, photcopying and filing
  • Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries
  • Work to and maintain Service Level Agreements
  • Ensure compliance with company policy
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detial
  • Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
