The purpose of the Client Service Executive position is to provide administrative support to their financial advisers, with an opportunity to develop your role and career within the business.

The financial services client based in the City of London is a modern dynamic financial planning business offering a telephone-based service to retail clients across the UK. The clients financial planning service covers pensions, wealth management, ISA's and Investment Bonds and we are proud of our reputation as a client-centric business that continuously strives to provide a 'best of breed' service.

Description

The key duties for the Client Service Executive are as follows:

*Creating client opportunities for annual reviews on our CRM system.
*Generating investment review reports on provider platforms and sending to clients
*Inputting investment details into our CRM system, generating and checking the annual review report figures and sending to clients.
*Managing clients over the phone to book appointments with financial advisers and dealing with non-advice queries and issues.
*Managing the incoming email enquiries from clients.
*Preparing investment transfer paperwork, liaising with clients to obtain signatures, and submitting to the relevant

Profile

The requirements for the Client Service Executive are as follows:

Job Offer

Competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum plus bonus
