My client is a UK leading property developer and operator. Due to an internal promotion they are recruiting this role on a permanent basis into their vibrant and expanding finance function, as you can see by the reason for the vacancy this company have a fantastic track record of developing and progressing their staff, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to further their finance career.

As a Client Monies Accountant you will be responsible for handling and tracking tenancy and landlord cash transactions. This will include performing daily cash and bank reconciliations, liaising with property managers and site maintenance to cross check charges, deductions and fees appearing in client account bank statements against the cash book and system, resolve any rent arrears queries and process payments. You will also be the senior in the team and will provide supervisory support to other team members for complex queries and issues.

This role will suit a candidate who has experience dealing with client monies and complex reconciliations, preferably within a property company so you can hit the ground running with the industry specific processes. The salary on offer is paying up to £38,000 dependant on experience with an attractive benefits package that includes hybrid working and excellent flexibility on working hours.
