Client Development & Communications Coordinator

14-month fixed term contract

We are delighted to be working with a fantastic US law firm who are looking for a talented Client Development and Communications Coordinator to join their team in London, covering maternity leave for a 14-month period.

This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Communications Executive looking to broaden out their skill set, or a BD Executive who is a talented writer.

This role will see the successful candidate working with a highly supportive Senior Manager and a group of very engaged stakeholders.

This Client Development & Communications Coordinator role has a wonderfully broad remit, that includes marketing, client development, communications & PR and events, supporting across the practice groups. The role includes:

  • Supporting London PR and communications activities, in close collaboration with the firms PR agency.
  • Project support for business development initiatives, such as client research, meeting agenda planning and ensuring follow-up activities are tracked and delivered.
  • Producing marketing collateral, creating pitch materials and supporting submissions.
  • Working with stakeholders to plan and deliver events and sponsorship opportunities, managing the process from end to end.
  • Researching and sharing information on clients, competitors and market information.
  • Drafting and editing content for website and intranet.
  • Supporting firm wide projects and initiatives.

The successful candidate for this role will possess:

  • At least 2 years marketing and/or business development experience gained in a law firm, however, experience gained in wider professional services environments will also be considered.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident use of MS Office, with experience of Vuture a plus.
