Overview

Located in a stunning City Centre office, our highly regarded Commercial Property client is currently seeking a Client Accountant to join one of two small teams responsible for managing a substantial client portfolio. The company is experiencing remarkable growth, attracting new business across various sectors, and the senior leadership team is dedicated to investing in your professional development.

Your role will be dynamic, as each day will bring new challenges in managing a diverse portfolio of properties. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating various reports for your clients, delivering them in person with commentary to maintain strong relationships. You will oversee financial matters, with responsibility for all funds associated with each property, including ground rent, service charges, sinking funds, VAT, and deposits.

Skills needed

  • Previous experience in Client/Service Charge Accounting.
  • Strong communication skills, as this position involves client interaction.
  • Experience in compiling management reports.
  • An adaptable nature, capable of thinking under pressure and collaborating effectively in a team.
