Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a Middlesbrough based client who are seeking a permanent, full-time Client Account Manager to join their growing sales team. The role involves managing key client accounts, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day to Day of the role:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with promptness, efficiency, and courtesy.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to better assist customers.
  • Process customer orders, including placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications, to ensure a seamless buying experience.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling additional products that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain professional communication, ensuring customers feel valued and respected.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within a business-to-business environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with patience and empathy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in managing orders and using email and phone systems effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and promoting products.

Location: On-site

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
