The Company:

We are working alongside a broker who is actively looking to expand and grow their offices across the South West.

This is a great opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on how of much of a tight-knit team they have created .

The Role:

You'll be joining an experienced claims team, and actively managing all claims handling functions.

Providing a comprehensive claims service to all offices and act as a primary contact point for claims queries from clients and insurers, as well as effective liaison between Account Executives and Handlers.

Negotiating the best possible claims outcome for all clients, and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Good administration and communication skills is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience within a claims capacity
  • Acturis experience is desirable
  • Computer literate with experience of MS office applications
