Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, assessing the merits of their claims with empathy and professionalism.
  • Update case management systems accurately and efficiently with relevant information obtained during calls.
  • Provide administrative support to fee earners, assisting them with various tasks related to claims handling.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the claims department.

Requirements:

  • Law or LPC graduates are encouraged to apply, although candidates with relevant customer service experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
