Our client is in search of a Solicitor, Legal Executive Paralegal to join their Dispute Resolution team, dedicated to providing excellent client care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the capability to exercise initiative and sound judgment, coupled with proficient networking and communication skills.
There will be opportunities to collaborate with partners on more intricate cases, fostering personal development.

What will be expected of you?
- Managing a caseload of civil litigation files
- Dealing directly clients
- Complying with pre-action protocols
- Issuing court proceedings
- Attending court hearings
- Negotiating with the opposition
- Enforcing court judgments
- Ability to use a case management system (ALB preferred)
- IT skills - Microsoft Office applications and document management skills
