About Us:
Have you got what it takes to work for Rapier Employment, we are looking for warehouse staff for a blue-chip company based in Allington, Maidstone.

Job Description:
  • Shift times available below.
  • Duties will include order picking and packing goods in a chilled temperature-controlled environment.
  • You will receive full training and induction from day one includes manual handling and MHE training and become part of the existing fun and supportive team.
  • Long term work with opportunities for a full-time contract with the customer.
  • Basic weekly hours 40, overtime paid after 40 hours.
  • Previous experience is not essential.
  • Using an RF Scanner to carry out your duties.
  • Some heavy lifting involved / repetitive work.
  • Quality checking goods.
  • General Housekeeping.

Shift Information:
You will be on a rota of any 5 out of 7 days a week so it will include some weekends.
We are currently looking for the following shifts:

06:00 – 14:00 (Possible 6 weeks on nights then back to days)
08:00 – 16:00 (Possible 6 weeks on nights then back to days)
20:00 – 04:00
22:00 – 06:00

Pay rates for warehouse operative:
£12.45 per hour between 06:00 and 18:00
£13.70 per hour between 18:00 and 00:00
£14.94 per hour between 00:00 and 06:00

Overtime at an enhanced rate after working 40 hours a week.
