Our Client, Leicestershire County Council, is seeking a Children’s Social Worker to join their Families Together Team.

Fantastic payrate of £38 per hour!

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Families together works with children and families where there is a breakdown in relationships, and we try to prevent children coming into care. 

  • We also work with young people aged 16/17 who are homeless. 

  • The social workers need to have experience of undertaking this type of work as it requires a therapeutic approach, and they would preferably have training in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP). 

Requirements of this role:

  • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
  • Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience.
