I’m working with an industrial technology services company based in Sheffield who are at the forefront of innovation in their market, delivering solutions that empower businesses to optimize equipment operations for enhanced efficiency and reduced costs. Their technology is used by some of the world's largest equipment operators to reduce maintenance costs, and improve equipment uptime.

They are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead all aspects of our product lifecycle, encompassing development, production, and supply logistics. In this role, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be tasked with overseeing various critical functions. This includes managing the activities of our product development team, ensuring the smooth production of our products by external subcontractors, maintaining stringent product test and quality systems, as well as overseeing product logistics, order processing, and dispatch operations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in orchestrating complex projects or departments, particularly in engineering or electronics production, with a strong emphasis on logistics and organization.

Essential Qualifications and Abilities:
