Chief Executive Officer

Robertson Sumner is conducting a confidential search, working under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), to recruit a visionary CEO for a leading Global Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP).

This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth and positioning the company for a successful exit.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Leadership: Direct a team of approximately 500 professionals and oversee a revenue stream of £120 million, ensuring continued success year after year.
2. Strategic Oversight: with reporting lines to an established c-suite, including the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Product Officer (CPO).
3. Expansion Planning: Develop comprehensive strategies for international expansion, targeting new regions and markets.
4. Financial Growth: Drive EBIT growth in preparation for a successful exit.

Compensation and Requirements:

• Competitive Salary: Up to £350,000 base with £200,000 in bonuses, alongside multi-million stock options and exit incentives.
• Candidate Profile: Demonstrated experience as a successful CEO with a track record of growth and exit strategies, particularly within the managed security services sector.
