Our client is a high-end restaurant, serving some of the county’s finest food, and they are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for their picturesque hotel in Brentwood. Their kitchen is led by a talented and creative Head Chef, and they currently hold 2AA Rosettes for their high-end cuisine. They require an experienced, enthusiastic individual who is passionate and dedicated.

The Role:

The right Chef de Partie should be passionate and creative, have a passion for fresh food, be hardworking and a team player

You will be work alongside Head Chef and Sous chef creating fresh seasonal dishes for their a la carte restaurant.

You will also mentor junior members of the brigade.

You must have proven previous Chef de Partie experience within a fresh food establishment

Skills Required:

The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination

Have previous Rosette experience

Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge

Be competent in all sections of the kitchen

Able to work in a team, and use your own initiative.

These premises are easily accessible by Chelmsford, Ongar and Brentwood Areas. A Car driver is preferred due to location.

Live in Accommodation can be available for the right candidate
