We are seeking a skilled Chef de partie to join our team at our Clients Mayfair restaruant . As a Chef de partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals to our customers. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Assist with food preparation and ensure ingredients are properly measured and prepped

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal production

- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies

- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation guidelines

Skills:

- Proven experience as a Chef de partie in a restaurant or similar setting (Rosette / Michelin Level)

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal production

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the culinary team
