What's involved?


Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a team of 3-4 Chefs and happy to work customer facing in an open plan kitchen. Must be comfortable cooking with high quality fresh ingredients and have a real passion for food and be able to step up and support the Sous Chef. Due to the location diving is essential.
