Deluxe 4* Hotel with multiple restaurants and banqueting facilities is currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join their stable brigade. Set in the spectacular Essex countryside, this venue remains busy all year-round catering for weddings and events. They use only the finest locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that keep tourists and locals alike coming back for more.

This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to progress their career within a 4-star group

As Chef de Partie you will be able to demonstrate a 2AA rosette level background and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. The ideal Chef de Partie must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections, train junior members of staff, and have some knowledge of GP’s and hygiene legislation.

You should have a passion for quality cuisine, as well as having a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development. The client will however consider an experienced Demi Chef de Partie that is looking for their 1st CDP position that they can train and mould into this role.

Located close to South Ockendon, Grays & Rainham. A car driver is essential
