A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie  to join a lovely Venue in Central London, A strong starting salary of £35,000 based on a 40 hour working week. This is a 5/6 day operation with the Venue being closed on a Sunday and some evenings but there will be no late finishes.

The Chef de Partie will be working in a multi outlet operation cooking for Cafe, Staff Dining Restaurant, Casual Dining and events. You will have a keen interest in current trends and street food concepts as well.

This is a very busy kitchen so you will need good organisational skills and a hard working personality. The Chef de Partie will be asked to get involved with menu design and be expected to contribute ideas for future menus

When running a section you will need to do all ordering and stock takes so you will need to be able to demonstrate your experience in these areas. As well as providing support to Senior Chefs you may be required to help and mentor junior chefs in the team

We are looking for chefs from either a multi outlet operations or who have worked in high end Hotels and understand how to multi task and prioritise. Otherwise a busy high end restaurant chef can be considered. A solid and stable work history is a definite requirement for this role.
