A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a corporate site in Canary Wharf, This is a Monday to Friday role and a 40 hour contract worked with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm. You will have the opportunity to pick up paid overtime in the evening for events or dinners. Latest finish time will be around 8.30/9pm

Working in a team of around 6/7 chefs and producing very high quality food to a Fine Dining Standard. You will be given the opportunity to help design dishes and give menu suggestions.

You will help produce around 20-40 covers for the private dining rooms, then also help with events. Canapes, Bowl Food and Finger Food Buffets, Plated Dinners. Functions can be usually up to 200 with a summer party up to 900 once a year as well

The Chef de Partie will be cooking using the best ingredients and have access to a fully equipped kitchen working under a very encouraging and engaging Head Chef and Sous Chef. 

We are looking for chefs from either a Contract Catering environment who have worked in Fine Dining or Restaurant / Hotel Chefs who have cooked at Michelin or Rosette level who are wanting a better work / life balance with every weekend off!
