Our client, a Multi-disciplinary Consultancy, based in Leeds, are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor will be expected to complete a range of building surveying duties such as project-based works and professional services. This will span multiple sectors but they do have a number of clients in the education sector.

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Building Surveying or similar
  • MRICS qualified
  • To be based locally or live within a commuting distance of Leeds
Chartered Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
  • Salary: £55k - £60k DOE (open from candidates from senior to associate level)
  • Hybrid / Flexible working
  • Company pension
  • Holiday allowance
  • Discretionary bonus
