A Building Surveyor is now highly sought after by a top-tier, multidisciplinary property practice in the lively heart of London.
The Building Surveyor's Role
This esteemed position offers the opportunity to manage an array of projects, with budgets ranging from £500k to £6M, across both commercial and residential sectors for a diverse clientele in London and the South East.
As the appointed Building Surveyor, you will take charge of projects from start to finish, serving in roles such as contract administrator, lead consultant, and project manager. Your duties will encompass a mix of project management and advisory services, including defect analysis, the creation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, and managing dilapidations for both landlords and tenants.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
- Ideally RICS accredited, or working towards with 3+ years' of consultancy background.
- Proven experience in leading projects for a range of clients.
- Excellent communication skills, essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Experience in advisory work, but a bias or interest in project delivery.
