A reputable, multi-disciplinary private practice is currently seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Manchester.
The Chartered Building Surveyors' role
This role provides an outstanding opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to primarily engage in projects within the insurance sector, focusing on residential properties and working closely with local authorities and housing associations.
Additionally, the position includes involvement in commercial projects, with initial collaborations alongside clients in the educational sector.
This position is ideal for a Building Surveyor, Chartered with MRICS, who's keen to explore a new market, with tailored career development in place to support you in reaching Senior.
The Chartered Building Surveyor
- Strong contract administration experience is ideal
- MRICS qualified
- Experience working within a consultancy environment
- Previous insurance or residential experience is beneficial
