A successful multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking a personable Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing Manchester based team.
The Chartered Building Surveyor role
The Chartered Building Surveyor will join an environment rich with diversity and challenge, dealing with projects across multiple sectors including social housing, office, retail, industrial, private healthcare and student accommodation.
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will play a crucial role in managing relationships with high-profile blue-chip clients, delivering top-tier professional services such as building surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, and schedule of condition surveys.
The Chartered Building Surveyor
- MRICS status or equivalent professional recognition.
- Proven background in building surveying across multiple sectors.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client service and team collaboration.
