The Chartered Building Surveyor role

The appointed Chartered Building Surveyor will undertake a wide array of responsibilities, such as dilapidations, schedules of condition, contract administration, and comprehensive building surveys.

Furthermore, there will be an emphasis on project management, specifically targeting the commercial sector, including projects in hospitality, refurbishments, and new constructions, with project values reaching up to £70m.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

• A solid educational foundation in Building Surveying.
• Proven experience in professional surveying tasks, notably in dilapidations, schedules of condition, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, preferably within the commercial arena.
• An MRICS designation or a strong commitment to professional development with support available for the APC process.
• Exceptional communication abilities, facilitating effective teamwork and independent operation.
