Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting an ACCA qualified accountant to manage a chartered accountancy firm based in central London. Fluency in Italian is required for this opportunity.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the finance team & mentor team members
• Analyse market trends for potential growth opportunities
• Produce cash flow, quarterly reports, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (AML, Tax)
• Monitor financial performance and budget adherence.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement new process to improve productivity

Chartered Accountant Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of key clients.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Complete annual tax returns.
• Assist with audits.
• Prepare self-assessments.
• Provide consultancy to clients.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree, ACCA qualified.
• Precious experience in a UK based accountancy company
• Strong team player with a professional demeanour.
• Proactive with a positive attitude
• Background in managing junior staff
• Fluent in Italian.
• Advanced Excel skills & Familiarity with accounting software.
