Chapter Lead - up to £70,000 plus benefits (Hybrid)

About this role:

DCS Tech are working in partnership with one of our key clients who are now looking for a Chapter Lead.

You will get to work in a highly productive and engaging role, working for an industry leader in Fintech

About you:

  • Strong experience working with .NET, C#
  • Experience working Azure
  • Experience with further Object oriented programming languages.
  • Collaborate closely with squads, product owners, and key stake holders.

  • Manage and engage the team to efficiently deliver projects against time schedule.
  • Undertake all areas of managing people throughout the whole employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding to separation.
  • Build and nurture team your team, creating strong relationships to ensure development so they can effectively see their career plans.
  • Provide in the moment feedback to your team and create a coaching first culture.

What's on offer?

Location: Hereford (Hybrid)

Salary: up to £70,000 dependant on experience plus benefits
