The successful Channel Sales Manager will be tasked with delivering the company's channel partner strategy. The intention is to increase revenue to the group through the development of channel partners.

The role will involve:

  • Leverage stakeholders in company to create a robust service offering for the company Partner Program.
  • Identify suitable agents to be converted to company with measurable & agreeable terms.
  • Manage agreement and negotiation process with potential partners for beneficial terms
  • Maintain a robust partner pipeline in region to deliver revenue back to company offices.
  • Development of customers in region with Partners, to deliver revenue into company global offices.

To be successful in this role of Channel Sales Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • Proven sales experience in a customer-facing, targeted environment, preferably with aerospace logistics industry experience.
  • Evidence of leading high performing teams and driving targeted result across global regions
  • Proven track record in negotiating agreements.
  • Capable of producing and presenting clear and concise reports both written and verbally.
  • Proven understanding of AOG services vs. critical and routine services.
