My client, a digital consultancy, are looking for a Change Manager with strong GDS experience for initial 6 month contract.

This role is paying upto £450 P/D OUTSIDE OF IR35

Requires 2 days a week on site in Cardiff

My high profile Government Client is urgently recruiting for an experienced Change Manager to work on a long term project. The candidate requires long term transformation experience and knowledge of delivering GDS change programmes across the Public Sector

Role responsibilities:

  • An understanding of Business Change activities and in managing projects through planning for implementation and go-live
  • Ability to manage implementation activities across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams, introducing standards and championing the use of best practice business change management standards, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience dealing with diverse, complex stakeholder relationships.

Key requirements/skills:

  • 5+ years' experience of successfully delivery of Business Change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering policy change programs, indicating a deep understanding of policy-related transformations.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of public sector government, indicating an understanding of the unique challenges and processes within the public sector.
  • Experience of working across government
