Are you a change professional looking for a new challenge? Are you able to start a new role in the next few weeks? If so we have a brilliant long term change role that will join Bristol based change management team overseeing the impact on the finance function. Due to a new system implementation this large and relatively complex market leading business has come to the point where changes are impacting what the finance function does and now is the time to put in place future proof processes and plans. We do not want a "Business Analyst" we want a change professional who understands finance and who has a solutions focused approach to "Change" and managing the different deliverables. Key skills and experience we are looking for are ;

*Strong Business Engagement skills
*Experience in the creation and management of Change impact assessments
*Creation and management of Business Readiness Plans
*Process cataloguing & mapping across finance
*Day to day management of SME's / BA's in order to deliver the project
*Holding relationship with the Learning & Development team on behalf of the finance project team to ensure robust training plans are in place

This is a super interesting role with exposure right across the senior management team and wider business so if you're a change professional and feel like this could be a good fit for what you're good at then please get in touch through application and shortlisted applicants will be contacted with further details. This role requires 2-3 days a week in the office and cannot be offered on a day rate basis so applicants will need to be comfortable operating PAYE on the company payroll.
