Change Analyst

Company

A global Legal firm with Head offices in Central London is looking for a Change Analyst to join a large Programme of work. This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract that will start immediately.

Role & Responsibility

Through your previous experience as a Change Analyst, you will work with the Change team on a wide range of change management and training aspects including change impact analysis, training logistics, communication, stakeholder management/engagement, business readiness and post deployment support.

You will have the following:

• Hands on Change experience across a range of projects

• Strong organisation and administration skills

• The ability to work with a range of stakeholders across the business

• Ideally worked on large, complex programmes

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
