Paragon Resource Solutions are working with a local reputable fast growing Demolition company who are currently recruiting for a CCDO Supervisor to join their team.

This is initially on a temporary basis for a large Norwich based project but could lead to a full time position for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for overseeing and directing a large demolition project, managing the team and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The Demolition Supervisor will work closely with senior management to ensure that projects are completed on time and safely.

Qualifications

Must have CCDO GOLD CARD.

-Good experience in demolition and strip out operations
-Proven track record of managing teams and projects
-Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Ability to read and interpret plans, schematics and blueprints
-Proficient in the use of heavy equipment and demolition tools

A valid CCDO Gold card essential

SSSTS/SMSTS certification
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Full UK driving license
