Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Cavity Wall Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission by ensuring that cavity walls in residential are optimised for energy efficiency and sustainability. Your expertise will help us advance our commitment to clean energy and environmental responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of cavity walls to assess energy efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement cavity wall insulation solutions that enhance thermal performance and reduce energy consumption.
- Collaborate with engineers and energy analysts to integrate clean energy technologies into cavity wall systems.
- Utilise cutting-edge tools and techniques to maximise the sustainability of cavity wall installations and repairs.
- Document energy savings and environmental benefits resulting from cavity wall optimisation projects.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in clean energy and sustainable construction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cavity Wall Technician or similar role, preferably with a focus on clean energy applications.
- Deep understanding of cavity wall systems, insulation materials, and energy-efficient construction practices.
- Ability to analyse energy performance data and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting clean energy solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
