Castlefield Recruitment are working with an NHS organisation based in North London to appoint a Category Manager (Non-Clinical)
They are a truly hybrid organisation with an ability to work from home 2 days per week.
With a strategy to ensure procurement effectiveness and value for money is delivered, you will support the Senior Category Manager (Non-Clinical) with the delivery of contracts and the work plan ensuring spend is monitored and workload is driven effectively.
Role:
As Category Manager you will take look to identify and deliver savings ensuring you are keeping up to date with market developments and improvements.
Duties:
- Responsible for full ‘end to end’ tendering across the Non-Clinical Category area (mainly HR, ICT and Temp staffing area)
- Undertake regular reviews of contractual performance with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve improvements where required
- Manage and report departmental category cost savings and increases for contracts and one-off purchases
- Provide advice, expertise and support to stakeholders for category product selection, market testing and other related activities where appropriate
Person:
The successful candidate:
- Extensive PCR2015 experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
