Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000

Benefits: Company van (business use only) + fuel card, tools, pension, 25 days annual leave

The role of the Carpenter - Fire Doors will involve:

  • Carpenter position dealing with the installation and maintenance of fire doors and doorsets
  • Working alongside passive fire installer in the main but may be required to work independently
  • Attending site inductions and adhering to all health and safety information
  • Capture and report on all completed works
  • Ensuring your van is loaded and fully stocked up to complete installations without delay
  • Double checking all measurements are correct before starting the installation
  • Will be working on sites for projects valuing £70,000 to £1,000,000

The ideal applicant will be a Carpenter - Fire Doors with:

  • Must have experience working as a Carpenter fitting fire doors and carrying out fire door maintenance
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in joinery or other relevant trade
  • CSCS card
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving license
