Caretaker

My client is based in a Secondary School in Uxbridge. This is a special needs school designed for young people whatever their needs may be.

My client seeks a caretaker on a temporary to permanent basis to work with them for an amazing opportunity. Their position is to help be responsible for the general upkeep of the school premises and grounds to provide a safe, secure and clean environment for all students, staff and visitors.

Hours of Work - 11.30am - 6.30pm.

Hourly Rate is £12.00 - 13.00ph depending on experience.

Salary £24,800 - £25,200 based on a permanent salary.

Hours of work if placement is made permanent will be earlies (7am - 2.30pm) or lates (11.30am - 6.30pm)

Duties will Include:

Closing of the school

Ensure the site is safe and clean in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.

Carrying out basic repairs.

General maintenance to the school and grounds.

DBS Enhanced Required. Need to be living in the UK for the last 5 years.
