I am seeking a Care Home Manager based in the west midlands for a small residential care home with an extremely supportive team.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:

  • Overall day to day running of the Residential Home.
  • Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members
  • Maintaining and keeping occupancy high.
  • To ensure the CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
  • Maintaining a good relationship with the council.
  • Promote a caring environment for residents and staff members.
Home Manager Requirements:
  • Level 5 NVQ
  • Hands on with good communication skills
  • Experience as a Home Manager is desirable (would consider a Deputy Manager step up)
  • A clear understanding of CQC audits
  • Good time and Organisation management.
Benefits:
  • Salary paying: £32K.
  • 40 Hours contract.
